US Citizen filing a petition for a spouse overseas

Do you know what documents are required from me besides the marriage certificate or license?


Im assuming the US Embassy overseas would ask for a proof of citizenship? Would they also ask for my Birth Certificate since im only a naturalized American Citizen?

you will file I-130 with USCIS. go to USCIS site and read the info attached with form I-130. Once I-130 is approved it is sent to NVC and NVC will send you notice for Visa fees and then NVC will send the file to US consulate/embassy and then US embassy or Consulate will send list of documents to bring and do the medicals.
