Hello All
My Brother is on H1B finished hiw 5th year.
His company has applied for a GC and may be in the First stage.

My questions are

1. Can I apply for him GC, even his company already applied?
2. Does he get EAD? ( I think no, because it is based on Family)
3. How many days it takes to get a GC?
4. What are the forms used?

2) no, not for the next 12-14 years, and he must remain in legal status all this time
3) in his category as a sibling of a US citizen - about 12-20 years.
4) at this time - I-130 + supporting documentation
