I (US Citizen) am planning to apply for my mother (Canadian Citizen). She just entered the US by land. She can legally stay in the US for six months and do not have an I-94. Can someone kindly share their similar experience and answer the following questions? Thanks.
1. As Canadians doesn’t get an I-94 while crossing the border, should I just put N/A in the forms and add a separate piece of paper explaining it?
2. What is her current USCIS Status? Is it B status?
3. I am submitting I-130 and I-485 in the same time. In I-485, which one I should select for “Part 2: Application Type.”
4. Is the medical required before submitting the application?
