US Citizen applying for a Canadian Citizenship Question

My brother is a Canadian and US citizen and his son was born in the USA. Can he apply for his son Canadian citzenship even though his son never been to Canada? if yes what is the process to apply for Canadian citizenship and passport? What will be effect on his son US citizenship if he obtained Canadian citizenship?

Your nephew can hold dual citizenship.Since both the US and Canada allow it your brother can apply for his citizenship certificate as soon as he wants.
