Urject!! Hi Transfer Help needed

Hi,

I was with Company-A H1. Company-B applied for my H1 transfer in March 2001 and got approved in June 2001. From Company-A. I shifted to Company-C and H1 transfer for Company-C was applied in Mar 2002 and it is still in process after 7 months. Now Company-B is asking me to join them as they have my approved H1 from May 2001. My question is will there be a problem for me to join Company -B?

Please give me suggestions.

Might be a problem

If company B is ready to pay from May then you can use it, otherwise you might have to do another transfer. Consult company B's lawyer.

Thanks for your response. You mentiones If Company B is ready to pay for me from MAY 2001 there shouldn't be any problem.
As I'm presently working with Company C will there not be a problem to have me in two payrolls?
 
I think H1 is invalid if you dont use (not in payroll) for few months. Consult a lawyer for your specific case. I did consult a lawyer personally for 30 mins, he cleared all the doubts.

I consulted Company B's lawyer and he mentions as long as approved H1 is valid I can join Company B. I'm getting more confused now.
