Urgernt Advice required on H1B Portability

Hi,

I am Presenlty working in Canada. I got my H1B visa stamped recently. My employer, who has sponsored my H1B has adviced me not to come over there immediately, since he readily he do not have job matching my skill set.

While its like this, another company is ready to take me immediatley.

Can I go and work with the new company ignoring my actual sponsorer.

I solicite your advice .
