Urgent

I heard the AVM Message yesterday, it says that RFE is generated in your case on 27th FEB. I have couple of questions for you guys :

1) Online Status is not updated yet, is it normal?

2) How much time does it take to recieve RFE ?

3) Who gets the RFE (me or lawyer)?

4) How much more time after RFE?

RD : 10/29/2001
ND : 11/19/2001

I am really getting over overwhelmed by the whole thing ...

I have the same exact RD date. I received an RFE for Employment letter back in 12/28-2002, I replied back to the INS on 01-07-3 and the system was updated 01-09-2003. I'm still waiting, I have not heard anything yet. The RFE will be received by your Lawyer and maybe you should get aheas start and get an updated Employment Letter indicating your Salary, your Duties and current responsibilities. Your lawyer should help you draft the letter.

2. Depends on postal delivery but between 3-10 days..
