Hi Guys
I need an urgent information. I am out of project for few months. It's been more than 1 year since my I485 filed. Now my employer is saying he is going to cancel my H1. I want to know how it will affect my GC.

It will not affect but..

find another job with the same job title and approximately same salary to be ready if you get an rfe. Hope you don't get rfe and get a job soon.

IIO may raise a RFE for your employment, if he notices H1b cancel .. If you have a job then there is no need to worry at all ..
My employer didn't cancel mine after I got my EAD ..

Do you have EAD? If you have that then you can start working with other employer . Even INS does give a query, you should be fine with the new employer
