I am currently working with Company 'A', whose H1B is valid till 04/30. And the Company 'A' is not ready to file for an extension.
So I file for a H1B transfer with Company 'B' (before 04/30) for which I receive a Receipt no. from INS.
Can Company ‘C’ (third company) file for another H1B transfer (after 04/30)? ie. Since my H1B with Company 'A' has expired and I haven't received the approval notice for H1B of Company 'B', can I still file for H1B transfer to Comapny 'C' ?
And let's say I don't have any pay-stub from Company 'B', will it cause any problem ?
