what is the best time to call CSC to talk to IIO in the morning that is..and what time do they open up the lines?? is it 9:00AM or ???

it is good to call them between 8 - 8:15 A.M and stay online till 9.

I think it is good idea to personally go to INS office rather than calling, other alternative is fax copy of G-731. I have seen lot of people getting problems as INS doesn\'t update records.
