Got laid off in April then changed my status to H4.I had them my PD current.My question is can I process my GC through one company and process my H1 through another company.Will this have any impact.Any ideas or anyone in the similat boat??.

Dear friend,
I just saw your message here, U can absolutely file for GC with one company, and do H1b with other company, U can do both simultaneously with out any problems, remember always GC is for future employment, I am 100% positive in this regard, how ever pl consult your attorney for a second opinion., to be on the safe bet.
