Does anybody know whether USCIS PO Box ###### is a physical address or just a mail box, and no person appears there to sign the mail.

It looks like that there is not always a person appearing in this place to sign the mail, even during the week days? Should we always send the mail to the Center directly even if they asked to send the stuff to PO Box address?

I sent mine USPS express mail to the PO Box and it was signed for. I am not sure whether there is someone there all the time though.

I also tried to send my materials via express mail (post office) to a P.O Box for Texas service center, but nobody picked it up yet. Has anyone used the same delivery method? Does it take a few days for the personnel to pick up the mails from the PO Box?
