urgent:where does OCI processing take place in delhi?

Hi guys,
My online status indicates that documents have been dispatched. The reception office in my case is MHA new Delhi. But i always thought that the processing takes place at MHA Delhi only...so in this case is there something as a dispatch? since the reciever office is MHA DElhi only
If there is any one here who hd sent the application to MHA delhi only..plz guide me..how much time will it take now as i have to get it urgent

I think the processing is by the MEA (or the MOIA).

Update:The scanning and printing for sure takes place at the MOIA.The rest I am not too sure
