Hi,
My 485 is pending for 2 years, 140 is approved, my 3rd EAD has just arrived.
I have given fingerprints twice.
Both me and wife had RFEs on proof of birth certificate, for which we replied in 2005 Jan.
My residence address is still the same.
I joined another company this week using AC21.
My previous employer (who applied for my GC) has promised that they will forward me whatever BCIS documents they receive.
1)What documents do I need to file NOW and later, to tell them I am using AC21?
2) Do I have to file G-28 document to switch lawyers? (I already have replied to RFEs, I will get future BCIS communication thru my previous company). So do I even need a new lawyer now?
3) Could anybody atleast point to some previous threads discussing whether we need to inform BCIS at all about my AC21, or can that wait till I get called for an Interview?
