Urgent! Want to transfer while one transfer is still pending

Hi everyone,

I got a very urgent situation now. I am transfering my H1 from CompanyA to CompanyB now. CompanyB submitted my petition two months ago. The case is still pending. I am already working in CompanyB for more than one month. However, USCIS sent a letter asking CompanyB to provide more documents. CompanyB refused to provide these documents for me for some reason. That means my transfer is going to be denied and the deadline for providing these documents is very close. I have some Qs here:
1. When will USCIS deny my case after the deadline of the letter?
2. If there is a CompanyC which can submit another new transfer petition for me right away while my transfer from A-B is still pending, is it ok to do that? If I got A-B denied letter, will it enfluence my B-C transfer? Should I submit the new transfer petition before I got denied letter from USCIS?
3. Can I change job title when I do H1 transfer? I heard some people said I have to but some people said I dont need to. I have a master degree for related job position.
4. If my transfer got problem, can I apply to change status from H1 to F1 "AFTER" my transfer got denied? I heard some people said since H1 got denied so I will be out of status, which means I cannot apply to change from H1 to F1 anymore & I have to leave USA right away!

I am very confused now & do not really know which way is better for me. Please give me some suggestions & I really appreciate it.

Go ahead to file ASAP and keep your finger crossed for I-94 comming with H1 approval

LCA must be filed accordingly.

YOu can and keep your finger crossed. If you were lucky, you get approval with I-94 attached. If not, it comes without I94 and you have to go out and reenter with F1 stamp.

I am very confused now & do not really know which way is better for me. Please give me some suggestions & I really appreciate it.
