Hi,

First of all I strongly believe that you should
be looking for a job. Not easy now days. I know.

I have asked similar questions.
Most of the answers that people have been
kind enough to post have led me to believe
that we need recent pay stubs, and at least a
letter of a "job offer for future employment"
which describes your position and salary, and
some recent Tax return documents. And your passport.

Others have told me that employment based visas
sometimes have a very easy meeting during the interview. Where they only turn in their
EAD card, AP docs, and then they get the stamps.
But I don't think that you should count only on this type of interview. Be as prepared as possible.

People also say that you should not submit any documents that you are not specifically asked to.

Best of luck.
