Hi Everyone.

Wanted to find out if I have to pay the $100 fee at Scotia Bank IN PERSON ?
Or can i ask a friend in Toronto to do it before I arrive ? and have him get the 4 pages stamped by the teller ? Thanks in advance for your help.

BTW - Anyone have any interview on the 14th of Dec ? Feel free to reach out to me if you do.

You can do it

You can ask your friend to pay the fees in advance! I did the exact thing with no probs.
