Urgent: Used AP and officer at port of entry ....

Gurus please advise... what should I do????

I used AP to enter US on 24th of Jan 2003. The officer at port of entry stamped my passport and AP with the stamp


Paroled Until: 23rd Jan 2003

date 01/24/2003


I think the officer at port of entry made a mistake with the date?

Please advise what should I do???

Bring the itinerary (including boarding passes with your name on it), I-94, AP, passport and original I-485 receipt notice to a local INS office ..
Explain the situation, show them that you did enter the U.S. on Jan 24, 2003 and hopefully they will be able to correct the mistake.

A friend of mine had a similar problem when he entered with his H-1B . The local INS officer corrected the error without questioning him.
 
Anil, which airport was your POE and did they ask about EAD ? I mean, what other document they asked for. Thanks.
