Guys,

One of my friend who filed I-485 > 180 days RD 12/18/01 was
laidoff couple of months before. His job description in LC was
like "Programmer Analyst" and now he is getting a full time offer
for a "Business Analyst".

Does it Pose any problem for his GC Approval if he receives
RFE???

Job Description matters

I'm told that job title doesn't matter but the job description should match.

The point in contention is Job duties and responsibilities.

The salary or title do not matter under AC21 regulations.
But the job duties should essentially be the same.

So your friend can take up the new job and inform INS that he is invoking AC21 regulations.

I think, both titles sound same. If he gets RFE.....he has to explain job description. Otherwise, Title doesn't matter.
