Hi,
I recently did a job change to a job that falls under a different service center from the Texas Service Center where my case was filed.
I am planning on submitting AC21 documentation if I receive a RFE, not now, so as not to confuse the great INS.
Tell me the answer to this question tho' will my change of job to a different service center from the TSC cause any problems?
Also, since I have a permanent home address in Texas, I didnt notify them about change of address, since I'm maintaining a permanent address of my home in Texas and my job changes from project to project every 6 months or so.
So now, when and if they issue a RFE, then will they create any issues from the fact that my service center is now different fom TSC?
Will they also transfer my file or something?
And, is it needed for me to file an AR11 since I have a home in Texas which is my permanent address where I am receiving my mail?
And lastly, one of my employers who I left recently is refusing to give me a paystub and I am hearing RFE's on paystubs, so will that cause any issues.
Is there any way to get this paystub from the employer. He has sent it to my old address which was a hotel and it got sent back to receiver by the hotel since I am not residing there anymore but the employer claims he never received it and so he cant sent me a new one, he's just acting like a jerk because he's pissed off I left him within a month. Can I claim harassment and discrimination and file a complaint with the Department of Labor and/or the United States Post Office and/or the IRS and somehow obtain the paystub, is it worth all the trouble to go and get that paystub, since its a recent paystub even then it may take 6 months or more for them to process my case which is filed in Oct 2002 in TSC and by then I should have 6 consecutive months of paystubs.
Please respond to my question urgently.
Thanks and Regards,

---- you can subit now, becase with RFE you will have a long list of docu,,ents to provide, If I am in your situation I will update USCIS that I changed job and will send new employer letter to use AC21, dont worry abour INS or USCIS comfusion
Tell me the answer to this question tho' will my change of job to a different service center from the TSC cause any problems?
--NO

----- if the home is in Texas I dont think you need to file change of address with AR11

----- NO, your file is with same service center
Will they also transfer my file or something?
------- they CAN if you update USCIS about your new adrees on pending I-485 and request the file transfer

----- If file is got transfred to Local USCIS office for Intervew they will need only 2-3 recent paystubs from your new employer
Is there any way to get this paystub from the employer.
---others will guide you
