Hi,

I just efilled fro EAD renewal. Everything goen right but after completing and when i took the print out of entire application i noticed that:

In the print OUT of saved PDF file:

1. Where i write state mane of birth , it appeared half, some letter are not printed out.
2. Also Calfornia Service Center .....it appeared half, some letter are not printed out.
3. But most important, in number 16 where in the particular text box i explain my current status and I-485 and I-140 recepit number it also appeared half, some letter are not printed out.

DO YOU THINK ALL THOSE DATA I GAVE THEY LOOSE ?
What Can I do now?
Do you think i don't have any hope?
If i file again can it cause harm? Then what will be about this efile, cancel or ?
If i file again do i have to give information about this efile also?

I'm on EAD and it will expire within 90+18 days, so I'm really worried now.

Do you know if the characters were properly formed on the screen if so then it is just a problem with your printer or drivers. They would have received data correctly.
 
Check your printer driver ... looks like you need a computer expert to help you here. Also, with PDF printing it is a very common phenomenon that some of the typed in text does not print completely (due to strickter formatting rules) but it does not mean that the information is lost. If everything was OK while you were filling the forms then the information on the forms must've gone into the USCIS database. So I wouldn't lose my sleep over this.

You may want to call USCIS and double check.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
Yes, when i was filing the form i could enter all information in the text box even i took print out for every page when i was filling that in those they have all full text but when i looked in the saved PDF file and as well as the print out of the PDF file all the long information in the text box like State name , no. 16 where i put my curent status and all information about I-485, I-140 those field not printed out properly . some nformation were missing there for long one.

Looks like a serious problem, you'd be better off calling USCIS and have the CSR read the information and in case it is missing then ask them how to correct it online.
