Urgent Urgent: PLEASE help

Hi,
I have submitted a I-140 yesterday and got the confirmation Receipt with SRC*** (I have saved the final pdf with confirmation receipt too).

Now when I log into my account, I can see I-140 in "My Form" page with staus "Pending" and "Action" View/Edit/Delete.

It says in the page that "Successfully submitted forms will NOT appear on your My Forms page" and "If the status is "Pending", the form is saved, but not yet submitted".

I am confused. What is the "status" of my form? Should I submit it again?

It also says "You may select "View/Edit/Delete" to view, update, or delete a "Pending" application." But, when I click on the I-140 link, I could not see any of my information.

Anyone has similar case? Please help. Anyone has BCIS 24 hour Telephone number?
 
I also called my credit card and they said that there is a Temporary authorization of $195 from BCIS.

So why it is showing pending? As I said, I can not see any of my info when I click "View/Edit/Delete" button next to my I-140.


Please please help. Time is running out.

You got your receipt, so everything is fine. I think I did not come back to the e-filing form after that step ;)

Just move on and take care of the documentation you have now to send relatively quickly, and don't worry. With your receipt and the pdf file of the filled form, you are pretty safe!

What happened is you opened up another form from the forms list menu after you submitted the first. So this unfilled form is showing as pending meaning its waiting for you to complete it and will show pending status till you submit it. This pending form is not the one that you already submitted. You already got the receipt no. for that form. Just discard this pending form, thats all.
