I have a typical scenario:
I'm applying for I-485 now and since I sent my passport and I-94(original) and did not make a copy of I-94. Passport is fine.

Within 6 months of time I travelled to Europe on business(job) 2 times. I have the old I-94 copy not recent.

How do I cope up with this. Any information is greatly appreciated.
How particular INS if I don't mention in I-485? or I can call visa revalidation office and request for a copy?

Or I can send the old one and put a letter stating that I sent it for visa revalidation. And later send the I-94 copy

I'm completing my 6 yrs period on 12-Feb-04. It is critical for me to apply I-485 and get EAD and advance parole.

Its been 8 weeks I applied for visa revalidation(St. Louis). Atleast it takes 4 more weeks to get it

Please help...really urgent

Regards

I don’t think you should send old I-94. Because your passport stamp date won’t match. Plus you are always supposed to send info about your last lawful entry. I believe on your EAD card application you will have to specify the date of your last lawful entry and back up that claim with proof (I-94). So, sending old I-94 isn’t going to do you any good, if you are planning to send EAD and AP application with your 485. You may call state department and ask for a copy of your I-94. Otherwise, best option is to wait or withdraw your revalidation application and then resend the passport once you make a copy of your I-94.

Thankyou!!
My passport and I-94 both matches Since I have the old copy of both took just before the recent visit.
The recent travel is not reflected neither in passport nor in I-94

Please let me know
