URGENT: Travel with AP: Do we still receive I-94 at POE?

Hi friends,

My wife came back to the US about 6 months ago using her advance parole. But she does not remember now if she was issued an I-94 at the port of entry and we can't find any in her documents. Could you tell me if I-94 is issued if one travels on AP? Thanks.

yes i94 is generally issued...

I did fill out the I-94 when I returned back to the US. The officer stamped it with an admission stamp along with my passport and stapled the form to the passport.

I guess it is OK not to fill the form since the officer would advise you to do so if otherwise.

AP Length

I jsut applied for I-485 and for Advance parol through my company, anyone know how long is the Advance Perol valid for? and Is it a multiple entry and how long can you stay outside the country?
