Urgent travel to India ,485 approved not received card

I have to attend immediate family emergency in india,I got approved on 8/21 i havent received card yet.Is it ok if i show AP (travel document) while coming back?
Gurus's need advise.

Better you wait to get your card OR you go to local ASC and tell them that you explain the situation. They are right people to help you.
