Urgent: Tourist visa

Hello all, I am planning on applying for a toursit visa for my sister and she has not intention of staying here. She is solely coming for the purpose of visiting myself and my brother. The issue is what would I need to do to prove this to the consular officier that her intention is just for visiting and not for staying.

My concern is for the fact that myself (employed) and my brother (doing his MBA and completed his BS in us) are both in the US and my sister just completed her B.S. from India, could this situation lead to denying her a visa.

My parents will be joining her as well, but they have a 10 year multiple entry visa. Its only my sister who needs a visa.

I would like to hear from people in similar situation and what they did to mitigate the risk of visa rejection. In addition, what can I do from my part in terms of proof or invitation letter for my sister's visa process.

Help required urgently.

Thank you all for reading this.

Did you get the visa

I am in a similar situation as yours but have had my sister's visa rejected thrice inspite of all documentation. the only fact being she is single and unmarried was enough for the consular officer to deny her visa. We can share more if interested via hunk_vinnie@yahoo.com

Hello. Just wanted to let you know that my sister is in the US and she got a 10 year tourist visa. Although Indian, but we are residents of Qatar (middle east) and thats where she applied for her visa. Also, my sister did not have to provide too much documentation as well. She visa process went very well without any problems. Hope this helps and good luck.

Thanks
