I have a situation where I need to continue working at the same client but will have to switch to a new employer as my current employer is no longer an approved vendor for this BIG client. I used EAD to switch to this employer A in Dec 2008 but did not file AC21 so far. Now to keep my current job, I will have to move to employer B with around 15% pay cut (yeah, you heard it correct). Please suggest on the following
1. Can changing multiple employer on EAD be an issue for my I-485 (PD March 2002)?
2. I did not file AC21 when I changed employer last year. Should I file AC21 now for this second change?
3. Can 15% less pay on EB3 create a problem for I-485?
I will greatly appreciate any suggestions as I need to act fast on this decision else I will be losing my current job.
