My OPT application got approved after 91 days. I have an offer and have been postponing my joining date since last 5-6 weeks.
The status of OPT is they have ordered for a new card and will mail it to me once its ready. Now some postings in this section indicate that one can start working once the case is approved and still card not arrived. However USCIS customer service people have a conflicting opinion.
Can anyone provide a reference to this situation where it clearly states that one CAN start working once case is approved.
