My Parents have a visa interview ( B2 ) in 3 weeks . I received my EAD , but I still work for the same H1B employer .
What is my status , as far as the visa issuing consulate is concerned ?
Is it I-485 AOS , or am I still on a H1B ?

If you haven't used your EAD for work, you are still on H1-B and that is what you need to write on the application.

As long as your H-1 is valid, there should not be any problem with them getting a visitor's visa. If your H1 is near expiration date and you have applied to renew or extend, you should also send the receipt to show that you have applied to renew your visa.
