Urgent!!! Signed ETA 9089 for Audit

Filing Date - 01/06/2008 at ATLANTA
Mode - Electronic filing ... EB2 (Masters+2 or B+5)
Status - Audit Received on 3/26
Audit - Provide the Signed ETA Form and the Ads proof

Have to reply to Audit?

1) Do we need to take the Electronic copy print out and sign
OR
2) Take the ETA-9089 PDF on DOL Website, Print it and Sign.

I heard that Electronic Copy is different from DOL Website PDF Form and someone's case was rejected, since he sent the signed electronic copy.
Reason stated by he officer was "employer failed to provide a copy of ETA 9089 with original signatures in PDF format".

Pls let me know if you've any idea.
 
Your employer or attorney has to log in to the PERM system, go to manage applications, then search for your case. Once he/she clicks on it, there is an option that says "print form." This will be in the format as required by the DOL - make sure that ORIGINAL signatures are submitted; no copies of your signature.
