Also , about your being out of status , if you have copies of all your H1's check the EAC numbers of each one of them on the INS online system. You will get a fair idea of whether you were in status or out of status. I checked one of my previous H1 and found that the previous company had revoked it , although it was way after I joined my new company.
 
Talk to guy "JULY16"

Sorry to hear about NOID, I think there shouldn't be any problems.

If you can, Talk to "JULY16" who had gone through this before and He had lot of Information about NOID cases.

Try to get him, He is a nice guy and helpful guy.
