Urgent: Rescheduling FP appointment in CA

No Title

My cousin is in India for a few months and he has received
his FP notice. The appointment has already been rescheduled
once. Is there a limit on how many times the FP appointment
may be rescheduled? Or a limit on how long it can be rescheduled
from the 1st appointment date? This is with CSC.
