Urgent : Request for information for Advance Parole(INS field office)

Background:
My parents are here. Applied for I130/I485/Advance parole in August. Made a mistake on I485 and it got rejected. Have filed all the paperwork again.

Issue on hand : We have emergency back home. I am taking my parents on Monday to INS field office to get them Advance Parole.

Question:
1.What all documents do i need to take to INS office?
2. Do i need to pay fees for Advance Parole ? When you apply with I485, you don't need to pay fee.
3. What will be impact on Green Card application?
 
First, it's not INS; it's USCIS.

They haven't gotten the regular Advance Parole yet (which takes around 90 days after filing to get), so what they are trying to apply for is Emergency Advance Parole. Unlike the regular Advance Parole (which requires no reason at all), emergency Advance Parole requires a super emergency reason like their parent is dying or something; even a normal "emergency" may not be sufficient. They would definitely need to bring evidence to support this emergency. And it is completely up to the discretion of the office whether to grant it or not. I believe emergency APs are for usually 1 month. If they leave the US without Advance Parole, they will abandon their I-485. They would need to be granted Advance Parole, then leave and return within the validity period of the Advance Parole, to not abandon their I-485.

My dad had a surgery last year and his recovery is not good. I was thinking of taking his medical appt as a reason for super emergency.
He is not able to walk well and he does not have medical insurance to get better here.
 
Updates for others, if anyone comes across similar situation.
I visited field office in Sacramento yesterday. They said they can only give emergency advance parole for 30 days. We wanted at least for 90 days so they filled a expedite request on our behalf. Staff was very helpful. We are still waiting for expedite request. Staff said they will call me this week to let me know. My parents flight is next Monday so keeping my fingers crossed although, i feel that it is too rushed and i won't get approval in hand by Friday/Saturday.
