Hi,
I have obtained H1 from US employer in Mar-2005 and got the visa stamped in May2005.
My employer forced me to start working for him from June which I could not agree due to agreement with my existing employment in India.
As a result my US employer has filed a withdrawal notice with the USCIS which was approved.
Now how can I travel to USA? I have a valid visa stamp till Feb-2008 and H1B approval notice (I-797).
1) Do I need to get a fresh H1 under FY2006 cap ?
OR
2) Do I have to find a new H1 sponsorer who would file a petition for me and I can travel to USA with the receipt #, visa and H1B approval?
Kindly help me out with your valuable suggestions
