Question 1 regarding G-325 biographic form.
it has four identical pages, does it mean that i have to go to local INS to get carbon copy form? Can I use the downloaded form from online and manually type it four times?
Question 2 regarding H1B1 renewal and I-485 filing.
My H1B1 (first 3 years) is expiring on 9/30/2007, and my company is preparing material to renew it. Meanwhile, I am preparing I-485 filing by myself based on my I-140 approval (Extraordinary capability, my employer didn't sponsor my I-140 application). Is there any issue for this situation?
