I am looking to file my PERM application in the next few days. All those of you who have already applied, please let me know the answers to the foll. questions:

1. Question K: List all the jobs the alien has held during the past 3 years. Also list any other experience that qualifies the alien for the job opportunity for which the employer is seeking certification.
Now do I list my current job here? I understand that this experience will not be counted towards the requirements of the LC position, but do I need to list my present job here anyways for sense of completion? Or do I have to write only past experience gained other than current employer.

2. J-9: asks for Alien registration number A#
What number is this?

3. G: Offered wage
If my offered wage is greater than the PW, do I still write the PW as offered wage or is it better to write the actual higher wage?

1. Include the current job.
2. I-94 number.
3. Wage being high is not a problem.

Question: What state you get your PWD from, and how long did it take to get one?

Thanks

what is alien registration number, and how one can find it? I may need that one later on............

Yes that's why I asked what is the A#. I have my I-94 number but am not sure what the A# is. Is it mandatory to fill this on the form or can we leave it blank?

If you do not have one, do not write anything on A #,

This reply is for not to write I 94 number in the palce of A#

Read the thread completely before interrup with questions.

You should have said "nothing to write" in the first place when you posted your message would not create another confusion about not having OPT what would be the best option???

Not interupting with question, it was just a counter-question where there is no way to verify what one needs to do in an absence of the OPT card.

Dont confuse yourself, and give advise to others. Your answer was not broad at the first place, and when you commented - it was not elaborative. If you know the answer, try to make it - so that others don't have to question you again.
