urgent questions on DS-3032

i130 approved today. Wondering if I can do these to expedite DS-3032 submission ?

1) have parents in China print DS-3032 and sign and mail it to me (in USA)
2) I stick the barcode (from the DS-3032 copy sent to me from NVC) to the
copy mailed from my parents and mail it to NVC ?

Assumptions:
1) the barcodes on DS-3032 to my parents and DS-3032 to me are the same.
2) NVC doesn't care where the DS-3032 is sent from, China or USA.

ANy comments ?

Same barcodes are printed on the form sent to you and parents. But it is not something you can peel/stick.

In order to expedite, you may scan/email (pdf), fax or mail DS3032 that you received to your parents. They will sign it and send the physical form with their actual singature back to you (which you will in turn send to NVC) or to NVC directly. Faxed copy of signed from is not acceptable to NVC.
