I checked the AVM, and it said" A written notice has been sent to you". Does that always means rejection? The only reason I can think of is I had a previous J1 visa and I came back to my original country for 1 and half year, and then I immigrated to Canada, and stayed there for another year. They asked for the evidence for that, and I sent them all I documents I have. I have already stayed out of this country for more than 2 years. What should I do now? Please help me if you can. Thanks.
