Urgent Question Regd Birth Cert - please respond!!!!!

I do not have my Birth Certificate but have the "non availability certificate" and 3 affadavits. I know that people have used these ..... but is there any provision which says that "non avail cert" and affadavits can be used only for people born before 1969??
Does any one know of people born after 1970 who have got GC done with just non-avail cert and affadavits????

I think you should be OK

Also try to have your school LC also along with the affidavits.

i am a example for your question. born in 74 i got my gc with novavailability and 2 affidavits. take it easy you are fine
