Urgent question on address?

Hi guys,

I have sent my previous EAD applications to the MSC with Chicago address.

I was reading the latest application and it says the following

"If your response to question 16 is (c)(9), file your applicationat the same local USCIS office or Service Center where yousubmitted your adjustment of status application."

The application does not list the Chicago address. Should I send my application to the MSC Chicago address? and if yes, can you please provide the address?

If you already sent it, you can not do anything, they are going to transfer it for you which will delay you, unless you file online then you can send another supportimg documents to the service center where you application is there.
