URGENT QUESTION ON 485 processing

I have a question regarding my 485 processing. My 485 RD is Dec 2001 . My current project will be over end of this month. In the meantime I found a new job with another employer and will start working with them from Jan 2003 i.e starting from Jan 2003 I will be on a different employer's W2. Is this OK while the 485 in under process or will this become a problem. Appreciate your inputs on this
 
Should no be a problem

Under AC21, you can validly change your employer after 180 days have elapsed since you filed the I485. Just need to make sure that the position is similar to the previous job.
 
You don't have to inform INS. But if your change of employers involves a move then you have to inform INS about the new address (note you now have to mail the address change form to Kentucky). Also, as you know, you need an EAD or H1-B transfer.

since your RD is more than 180 days after filing your 485, you can make use of AC21 and change employer provided you remain in the same job category and salary range.
