Urgent - Question for VSC

When I call the VSC # to check for my 485 status - is there a way I can type in my A number? It\'s asking for a 15 digit number but the A number is only a 10 digit # including the A unlike the EAC #. Can I only get my 485 status upon speaking to an IIO? ANYONE? HELP??

Thanx Djagran for the suggestion however when I enter my EAC # all I get is that it was approved last year in June - that was the time my 140 was approved. I need the status of my 485 (Green Card) - does that mean they haven\'t received it?
 
EAC number is unique for each application

you should have one for I485. Did u get receipt notice for 485 yet?? This should be on that notice
