URGENT question for travel!!!

My advance parole is valid until dec 28, 2006. i travelled to india in march 2006 and i got a 1-94 which says...PAROLED until mar 26, 2007. so if i travel to india in dec 2006 and come back in january 2007, is that possible? or I HAVE TO COME BACK BY DEC 28TH. PLS HELP, IM CONFUSED?

or
I HAVE TO COME BACK BY DEC 28TH.
-------------Yes ( better be back before the last day of expiry of AP flight may get delayed or connecting flight may get delayed nobody is sure of the flight times these days)
PLS HELP, IM CONFUSED?

your advance Parole or AP is valid till dec 28, 2006 you need to enter US Before AP expires.
** you can file new AP now and you may get your new AP approved before you go out of US in december then can use the new AP in janurary or any time before expiry date
