Question: In form DS-0230, Question 29. Name and address of Petitioner: This must be the guy that will host me in the United States, right?

What form are you really talking about? Q 29 0n the DS-230 asks about your children!

DV is a "self-petition/application". You MIGHT need an I-134 (legally unenforceable) Affidavit of Support IF you have no job lined up, are not a professional who can work for yourself, and/or have insufficient savings to get you started.

39. Name and Address of Petitioner


Sorry for the misconfusing. So what do you think?

I put there the name and address of the guy that will host me in the US NOT my informations, i followed a sample located in : visajourney.com/examples/Form-DS-230.pdf

Either "N/A" or information about yourself. N/A is easier.
