Urgent Question about advance parole!!! Please help.....

Things are screwing up at my end. I have filed my I-485 together with Advance Parole I-131 at the Nebraska centre. I have received my EAD but not Advance Parole. They had sent it long ago but I havent received. It seems like it is lost. But I am travelling outside US next monday. I have the tickets ready.
What to do?
Heard that they expedite the processing in urgent case. But mine is urgent dont know..I am attending my wife's brother's marriege back home. Don't know they give for this reason. How long will they take for this expedited processing? Can I get it before monday?
Can I apply in my local office in fresno? But since my I-485 is pending in Nebraska will the policy allow me to do that?

If you are sure they have sent you the approved AP documents and you have not received it(double check by calling INS Customer service), then you can go to the local INS office for Emergency Travel documents.

And if they cannot help you then you can ask someone to check your mail for the documents so that they can mail you as soon as it is received. (AP is valid for entry only if it is issued before travelling), so hopefully you will be alright. but this option is risky check with your Lawyer for any legal suggestions and possible options.
