Urgent query

After oath ceremony can u get a us passport on urgent basis, obviously by paying more, or do we have to show travel itinerary.need to travel but not decided on the dates. Someone is ill in the family.also the PIO or indian visa takes how long, or do we have to show these guys also the travel dates.

You need proof of travel. You can always get a refundable ticket to show. The problem is it takes a while for renunciation, and then a visa. You'll need to apply for rush renunciation + visa, but I'm not sure how that works, especially with the new visa processors.
