Hi everyone.....I had a query regarding re-validation!!Here goes:
MY spouse and I got our H1 and H4 respectively in 2001 and got Visas stamped in Delhi . The date on the H1 visa stamp was correctly put as expiring after 3 years(2001-2004) whereas the H4 stamp was for 4years(2001-2005) .On entry into US we were both given an I-94 till Mar'2004
The H1 was renewed for a period of 3 yearsearlier this yr.(2004) alongwith the H4 and Renewed petitions (I-797 &I-539 were recieved).Now I am planning to send the Passports for revalidation.Should I send the H4 for revalidation too as the visa in the passport expires only in 2005 but i have recieved a I539 extension from feb 2004 to feb 2007 as well.........My question is that should I send in the H4 alongwith the H1 for revalidation??as the H4 stamp expires only in2005 even though I have recieved a renewed I-539 stating validity frm march2004-2007 andt he I-94 expired in MAR.04...
