Hello,

My friend came on F1 3 years ago, got H1 issued 1.5 years ago. HE has two I 94s ...
Now he is going back to India but has two I 94s- one for F1 and the other one for H1... He's confused as if which I 94 is he supposed to return to airlines tomorrow? old ( F1) , New ( H1) or Both???

all inputs will be appreciated, I know inability to return I 94 may pose problem at reentry! Please advise urgently...
thanks

thanks triple citizen..

In this case are we supposed to keep F1 I-94 for our reference?? Will it pose any prob at later stage? I was thinking of suggesting my friend to make copy of F1 I -94 and handing that over to airlines people if they were aware of it!!

I think you should return the H1-B I-94 to the airlines, but if you are no longer on F1, I wonder if you should mail the F1 I-94 back to the place specified on the card? Triple Citizen, any opinion on this?

How did you get to keep the first I-94 under F1 to begin with? Did you leave the US through a land border without surrendering it?
