Urgent - Pre approved labour

I am currently working for a company xxx. Company YYY is offered me a pre approved labour and ready to file I-140.

My Question is ,

Do i need to join Company YYY before they file my I-140, or can i join them after filing it.

Could u please respond to this as soon as you can.
