Urgent pls help -- Salary related
Hi experts need your help!

My LC (RIR) mentioned the prevailing salary is 85k
(The stupid lawyer filed the LC with title of Senior Software Eng.
but I am not. Now I just carry 70k)

Is it possible for me to file my I-140 and I-485 ?
If YES, must my employer pay me $85k NOW,
or it can just pay me $70k but increase to $85k in the future?

Or more specifically, WHEN shld my company increase the salary?
Before OR after the I-485 approval date?
Will I receive any RFE because of this? As far as I know,
RFE will be issued before approval...

Also what shld be "my prevailing wage"? I mean my prevailing wage is the one for "Senior SW" or my current job title,
"Software Engineer"?

U can file 140/485.GC job is for future. lawyer has helped yr salary hikes, dont balme him/her.
After GC approval, Yr company should pay U 85K. No chance of RFE.. There are no prevailing wage rule for yr condition.
